Typically we will ship your order within 5 days of your order.

1. We have a No cancellation policy. We offer a 4-hour grace period since your purchase time, within which you can cancel your order with us with no excuse (simply reply to this email). Once that time has passed, we usually don't allow cancellation. But please contact us if you have unforeseen situations, we'd try our best to accomodate.

2. Always video record your unboxing when you receive your figure. We would try our best to help you out if you don't have a video recording, but with it will greatly reduce the friction and smoothen the process. Due to the nature of blindboxes, there are things that could potentially go wrong. ❤️ thank you for your understanding
