Shipping policy

It might take us 5 days to gather your products from second-hand market and to validate their legitimacy.

After that, we will pack and ship your products to and send you the tracking number. Shipping usually takes 8 - 15 days, depending on many situations, like weather, how busy the traffic is, and potential custom inspection if your product is shipped from/to overseas. (usually 1-2% of the chance that these events can happen). 

When these events happen, it's outside of our control, and by using our service, you by default agree to the risk of international shipping. We can provide you with future discount codes, and we will be able to do a (partial) refund after a claim has been filed with us and we have settled an outcome with our shipping supplier.
