Typically we will ship your order within 5 days of your order.

1. We have a No cancellation policy. We offer a 4-hour grace period since your purchase time, within which you can cancel your order with us with no excuse (simply reply to this email). Once that time has passed, we don't allow cancellation. Please be responsible for your purchase.

2. Always video record your unboxing when you receive your figure. Otherwise we will try but we might not be able to help. We are not responsible for minor defects like tiny scratches that you need to zoom in to notice, but we will help if your figurine has quality issues like head is cut off, or leg is broken, etc.
