Never bought from them before, so was a bit nervous and hesitant, but they offered a used pre-love Labubu Dress Be Latte without a box and card, which I didn't needed anyway, I just wanted the doll and clothes really which saves me a whole lot of money. The shipping was rather fast considering it was Lunar New Year, but it arrived about 2 weeks later. When it arrived, I did a video of the unboxing, just in case item was wrong or doll is not authentic. Was nervous, but all that went away the second I saw the face of the doll. She was authentic, beautiful and perfect! Not a single scratch. The clothes, shoes and shoulder bag were in perfect brand-new condition.
