EU Refund Policy
EU customer entail all of our general refund policy, with extended grace period.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right
to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order,
without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at
customer.service@arttoyfamilia.com within 14 days of delivery.
Note: In order to initiate the return, the item (blind boxes, or sealed items) must not be opened due to the nature of blind boxes. Once you opened the blind box or sealed items, the no reason refund would be voided. However, if you do receive items with defects (as outlined in our standard refund policy) would still be eligible for (full/partial) refund or reshipment depending on item availability.

For withdrawals under the 14-day cooling-off period, return shipping costs
are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated. You can use any shipping carrier of your choice, or you can contact us of for purchasing return shipment label.
