① First, pick the heavier boxes from the available ones — eliminate any that feel too light or have too much empty space inside.

② The box shows little to no movement when shaken up and down, feels very full overall, and gives a dull, muffled sound. You may still hear large pieces moving inside.

③ Place your fingers at the marked spot in P1 and shake it front to back — you should feel a slight knocking sensation.

④ At the position shown in P2, you can feel a round-shaped head pressing against the box.

Overall, it feels like the top half is very full, while the bottom half is relatively empty.
